When it opens in 2025, 9 Ferry will include a bistro-style space that would sell locally grown produce, an artisan deli, fresh roasted and ground coffee, and distilled spirits. It will also include outdoor seating alongside the cascading, canal waterworks where hydroelectric power will be produced for the common area electric use.
